Supporting young people's mental health
Jigsaw Galway provides a free and confidential (private) support service for young people aged 15 - 25 living in Galway city and county, with a drop-in centre on Fairgreen Road (across from the new Coach Station) in Galway city.
As part of the national Jigsaw network supported by Headstrong, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health, Jigsaw Galway aims to make sure that young people's voices are heard, and that they get the right support, where and when they need it. Find out how Jigsaw Galway can help you.
