If something's getting you down, or you're worried about someone, it can be hard sometimes to know where to turn. Jigsaw Meath is here to help.
Sometimes it can seem like there's a lot to deal with. Studies, work, friends and family, sex and relationships, drugs and alcohol can all pile on the pressure.
You can text, email or phone Jigsaw Meath for advice or drop into us in Navan for one-to-one support. We welcome calls from professionals and parents who are concerned about a young person. We can give advice on what services are available in Meath and what kind of support might be best suited to a particular difficulty.
We can offer up to 6 sessions of one-to-one support. This is a free and confidential service with a qualified professional (see information about our staff here)
